I want to come up with events just to have the pleasure of working with Ray and this company again.  He went above and beyond in several ways.  First, he called me back quickly after I had called, even though I hadn't left a message!  Then he offered to drop off early and pick up late in order to accommodate our event on very short notice on a graduation weekend.  Then even though he had an unexpected issue that cost him time and equipment on our delivery day he still delivered earlier than he had originally offered to deliver.  Then he let us use extra tables without charge since he had them available.  Then when I wasn't sure of the conditions for pick up he told me not to worry about it and that he would take care of it, which he did.  Incredibly nice, accommodating, efficient, communicative, and trustworthy guy; the tables and chairs were perfect, and the price was great!  I would recommend RG Party Rentals to anyone hosting an event ever.
